Watch closely — a bill with a mark placed on it is inserted vertically into a special, horizontal window envelope – the spectator can see the bill at all times – part of it is seen in the window, while the rest of it sticks outside the envelope. Without the magician touching the bill, the portion visible inside the window begins to move by itself, separating into a position where it is no longer aligned with the rest of the bill that sticks outside of the envelope! It moves, separates, and then returns to its beginning position. Moreover, the magician is never seen to have moved his hand in any way – only his eyes! It’s like having a superpower. Afterwards, the magician is able to immediately return the bill to the spectators, leaving them in utter disbelief. This is paper cutting for this day and age.
